Esther Anil’s makeover photoshoot as ‘Subbalakshmi’ in Dalapati. Subbu aka Subbalakshmi is the character played by Shobhana in Dalapati written and directed by Mani Ratnam starring Rajinikanth, Mammootty, and Shobhana.

This is the look that Esther has recreated in her new photo shoot. The pictures are already viral. Esther’s photoshoot is also at the same location where ‘Dalapati’ was shot.

Esther Anil is a star who came as a child actress and later became a heroine. Esther became known to the audience through the movie that was released in 2014. Esther made her debut as a heroine with the film ‘All’ directed by Shaji N. Karun.

Red saree, slicked back hair, wide eyes… When Shobhana appeared as the heroine in the Tamil film ‘Dalapati’, many of us hailed Shobhana as the epitome of beauty. After many years, Esther Anil is once again imprinting that image on the minds of Malayalees. Esther has recreated Subbalakshmi, played by Shobhana in ‘Dalapati’, with the same beauty.

Esther posed for photos by sitting on stone steps and on top of rocks. Esther chose a red saree with a black and golden border. The black and golden beaded necklace and braided hair will remind you of Shobhana.

The photo shoot was also done from the same location as in the movie.
