In an interview after Kantara’s success, Rishabh Shetty hit back at the actress in the same vein. When asked which actress he would like to do a film with, Rishabh replied by showing an inverted comma with his hand that he does not like this actress.

It is also reported that director Sukumar has decided to cast Jagapathi Babu opposite Allu Arjun’s character Pushparaj in this film. Jagapathi Babu’s shooting schedule has been completed in Vaisakh. The next schedule of the film is planned in Hyderabad. In this schedule, major scenes related to Rashmika’s character will be shot. Rashmika got good screen time in the first part of the film.
